Zusammenfassung

NSFT is seeking two Assistant Practitioners for the Central Youth service, a community mental health team for young people aged 14–25. You will deliver brief interventions and manage a caseload alongside a MDT.

Roles are flexible with part-time and full-time options and may involve travel to meet young people; base location is 80 St Stephens Street, Norwich, with ongoing training and development. We value diverse backgrounds and welcome applicants from varied mental health settings who can bring

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with children and young people is welcome.
• Able to deliver brief, focused interventions.
• Willingness to travel to meet young people and to work from Norwich location.

Aufgaben

• Hold a caseload of young people aged 14–25 with a variety of needs.
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, psychologists, medics, occupational therapists, social workers and family therapists.
• Deliver brief, focused interventions to service users and carers.
• Be prepared to travel to meet service users as required.
