Job summary

Leicester Bus Partnership seeks a proactive Team Manager to lead the CYPJS in Leicester City. The role involves managing a multi-agency team to safeguard children aged 10-17 at risk of offending, with a focus on data-informed delivery and collaborative partnerships with police, health, probation and education.

The post is based across multiple locations in Leicester, requires enhanced DBS clearance, and may include evenings, weekends and on-call duties. Interviews to be held in early November.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in a multi-agency setting across partnerships.
• Ability to manage a team and shape service delivery to meet needs of children, families, victims and communities.
• Enhanced DBS clearance is required for appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational day-to-day supervision and support for staff.
• Oversee quality assurance and management of work completed.
• Safeguard and manage safety and risk to children, victims and communities.
• Ensure victims' views are heard and acted upon.
• Attend and contribute to complex multi-agency meetings; write and present complex reports to senior management.
