• Lead Youth Justice quality assurance across Future4Me.
• Coordinate audits and QA activity with Practice Supervisors and Team Managers.
• Share learning across teams to drive improvements in practice.
• Ensure practice reflects HMIP expectations and Child First principles.
• Lead the review and development of Youth Justice policies and practice guidance.
• Provide professional advice and coaching to practitioners.
• Support practice development across locality teams.
• Line-manage direct reports and matrix lead areas.
• Ensure children's voices are heard and safety concerns addressed.
