Job summary

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a highly experienced practitioner to join the Education and Early Intervention Service on a secondment, working closely with the Youth Justice Service. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable learners and collaborating with schools, parents and a range of partners to ensure positive outcomes.

The successful candidate will have extensive YJS knowledge, a track record of targeted support strategies, and a strong commitment to public service values.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of the Youth Justice Service (YJS).
• Experience in supporting learners who require additional targeted support, including those with complex needs.
• Strong commitment to public service values and working with partners and parents.
