Liverpool Family Help utilizes a strength-based approach to provide empowering interventions to children and families, helping address emerging worries and improve long-term outcomes for children and young people. As the lead professional, you will coordinate support with our multi-agency partners to ensure a whole-family approach to meet the family's needs. We are seeking an Outreach Family Support Worker to undertake Family Help assessments, create support plans, and chair Team Around the Family meetings to review progress and identify additional support needs. The role involves direct work with children and young people to explore their views and concerns, ensuring that plans and interventions effectively improve their outcomes.
