Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel Limited in Richmond is seeking a Youth Justice Case Worker committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young people. You will handle a caseload across statutory and voluntary Youth Justice interventions, guiding outcomes with sound risk and needs assessments.

The role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time), a competitive daily rate of £256.43, and opportunities for professional development within a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 3 or higher in Youth Work, Criminology, Social Care, Criminal Justice, or Psychology.
• Professional qualification in Social Work, Probation, Youth Work or Community Justice is highly regarded but not essential.
• Experience in Youth Justice settings and complex case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children, young people and families in Youth Justice.
• Conduct assessments of risk, vulnerability, safety and needs.
• Develop, implement and review intervention plans to reduce offending and reoffending.
• Prepare detailed reports for Youth Court proceedings and other statutory processes.
