Zusammenfassung

Active Fusion seeks an Inclusion and Employability Officer to lead life skills and employability programmes for disadvantaged young people, based in Doncaster with travel across South Yorkshire. You will design and deliver impactful programmes, build partnerships and create pathways into education, training, volunteering and employment.

You will monitor outcomes, secure funding opportunities and champion safeguarding and inclusion to drive measurable impact and organisational growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering employability, inclusion, youth work, education or community-based programmes.
• Experience working within SEND, AP or PRU settings.
• Experience working with disadvantaged, vulnerable or disengaged young people.
• Strong understanding of inclusion, youth development and employability pathways.
• Experience building and maintaining partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor and inspire young people from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong project and programme management skills.
• Experience collecting, analysing and reporting impact and performance data.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience managing budgets and programme resources.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of inclusion, employability and life skills programmes for disadvantaged and vulnerable young people.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, employers, training providers, local authorities and community organisations to create progression opportunities.
• Create pathways into education, training, volunteering and employment, including support for NEET or at risk of NEET.
• Monitor programme performance, budgets and outcomes, producing reports and evidence of impact.
• Identify and support funding, commissioning and development opportunities that contribute to organisational growth.
• Champion inclusion, wellbeing and youth voice, providing mentoring and advocacy to help young people achieve their potential.
