Job summary

Rock Trust in Lochgelly seeks a Project Worker for Housing First for Youth to join our Fife Service Team. This fixed-term role (35 hours per week) focuses on enabling young people to access and sustain housing with tailored practical, emotional and social support.

You will coordinate support, develop person-centred plans, maintain case notes, and contribute to service development as part of HF4Y team, with leadership and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with young people and assessing their needs.
• Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, and isolation issues.
• Experience with person-centred practice.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft packages.
• A full UK driving licence or access to suitable transport.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, emotional and social support to young people.
• Coordinate and plan support for assigned young people with priorities and needs.
• Develop person-centred support plans and review progress.
• Maintain accurate case notes and service records.
• Participate in on-call rota and contribute to service planning.
• Build partnerships with external agencies and support networks.
