Job summary

• Experience working with children and young people.

• Lead and develop the Home Support team to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure safeguarding and regulatory standards in line with CQC guidelines.
• Collaborate with families, carers and partner organisations to plan services.
• Balance service planning with effective use of resources and flexible working patterns.
