NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde in Glasgow HSCP is seeking an experienced Manager for the city’s Youth Health Service (YHS). You will lead the YHS across nine venues, oversee a team of nurses, GPs, and support staff, and ensure a high-quality, person-centred service for young people aged 12-19.

The post requires nurse registration with postgraduate qualification, proven leadership and operational management experience, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners to improve health

Formación

• Leadership and management of clinical services across multiple venues.
• Strong communication and influencing skills in multi‑agency settings.
• Experience in operational service management within a clinical environment.
• Knowledge of governance, audits, and service improvement.
• Experience of working with young people (desirable).

• Manage and lead the Youth Health Service staff team.
• Deliver a high-quality, person‑centred service to young people aged 12–19.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to improve health outcomes.
• Oversee service delivery across nine venues and balance clinical and non‑clinical inputs.
