A public health service provider in Peterborough is seeking a Youth Health Improvement Practitioner. In this role, you will deliver health promotion initiatives in schools and community settings aimed at supporting young people's health. Candidates should have a relevant qualification and experience in youth work or education, alongside strong communication skills. We’re looking for a dynamic, engaging and motivated practitioner to join our new School-Aged Health Improvement and Prevention Service, delivering targeted health promotion in schools and community settings across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
As a Youth Health Improvement Practitioner, you’ll be on the frontline of public health for young people, supporting delivery on the below key initiatives:
