Help us develop and shape the game's future!

YFC VISTA is a London FA affiliated/Charter Standard club providing football development opportunities for youth players and young people aged 5-16 in the boroughs of Lewisham and Southwark. Our aim is to focus on the long-term developmental needs of youth footballers who participate in and attend our programmes.

We are currently seeking patient and enthusiastic football coaches who are passionate about the development of youth footballers and supporting young people's social and personal development across our youth football training programmes on a casual basis.

Regular weekly sessions are available for candidates who are FA Level 1 qualified and CRB checked.

We are also looking for 'booked on request' coaches to cover occasional sessions for our regular team.

Opportunities currently exist at our training locations, including:

  • Holiday Football Camps

We pride ourselves on our club's commitment to diversity and making football accessible to all. As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all backgrounds. We also offer further training, development, and progression for successful candidates.

Please note, this is not a full-time role, and you will be self-employed, choosing your own sessions per week. A regular commitment is preferred. For serious and highly skilled coaches, there is an opportunity to help grow the club at a higher level.

Sessions are paid at £10.00 per hour for qualified coaches.

Volunteering roles are available — please email us for more details.
