Waythrough is seeking a Children, Young People and Family (CYPF) Practitioner in London to support young people and families affected by drugs and/or alcohol. The role focuses on collaborative recovery planning, assessment and engagement through to treatment, with a caseload and duties across schools and communities.

You will deliver key work sessions, assemblies, parenting workshops, and contribute to robust case management. Salary range £28,690–£34,730, with progression within the band.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering services to Children, Young People and Families affected by drugs or alcohol.
• Ability to participate in collaborative recovery planning and case management.
• Experience with assessment and engagement through to treatment.

Responsabilités

• Hold a caseload of young people and conduct key work sessions.
• Deliver assemblies and parenting workshops within schools.
• Update the case management system and conduct assessments/risk assessments.
• Deliver group work sessions on substance misuse and manage cases with hidden harm concerns.
