Qualifikationen

• Experience working with NEET young people.
• Knowledge of barriers preventing engagement in education, employment and training.
• Experience delivering careers, employability, participation or progression support.
• Proven ability to engage vulnerable, hard-to-reach or disengaged young people.
• Experience working in partnership with schools, colleges, training providers and employers.

Aufgaben

• Provide targeted support to NEET or at-risk young people.
• Collaborate with schools, colleges and employers to improve participation and progression.
• Deliver information, advice and guidance sessions with young people.
• Support access to education, employment, training and positive activities.
• Track progress, maintain records and monitor outcomes to evidence impact.
• Work with families and vulnerable young people facing complex challenges.
• Contribute to wider Family Help and early intervention services.
