About The Role

As Youth Engagement Officer, you will identify, engage, and recruit new learners to the JGW+ programme using sales, business development, and marketing techniques. This includes business generation, sales calls, external networking events, digital activities, and community engagement.

You will liaise with third-party organisations, partnership companies, charities, voluntary and educational networks to build and maintain relationships with local schools and community venues, promoting the organisation's image.

Additionally, you will arrange and attend promotional events to attract new learners and raise the organisation's profile.
