Are you passionate about working with young people? Do you love creating safe, fun and inspiring environments where young people can be themselves and grow in their faith?

We are currently seeking a Youth Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will bring energy, empathy, creativity and be able to build strong connections with young people while leading impactful and engaging sessions.

The ideal candidate will be aligned with The Message’s national vision and strategy and will play a key role in leading and developing youth engagement across Yorkshire and the Humber.

Qualifications

• Experience or demonstrated ability to engage with young people and lead sessions in youth or faith-based settings.
