Skillframe Ltd is seeking an Employability Skills Tutor to deliver engaging workshops across Surrey schools. The role focuses on developing essential employability and transferable skills for students aged 11–16, through interactive activities and real-world challenges.

The position is term-time friendly with additional weeks, flexible hours 3–4 days per week, and requires occasional after-hours work, driving to various school settings, and DBS clearance.

Qualificações

• Experience working with young people in educational or youth settings.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging workshops or training activities.
• Strong understanding of employability skills and career pathways for young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driving licence and own vehicle is essential due to travel to schools.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver interactive workshops to develop employability skills.
• Engage business volunteers to showcase careers and employer expectations.
• Adapt resources for different learning styles and abilities.
• Coordinate workshop logistics and school communications with venues and volunteers.
• Collaborate with the wider team and external partners on workshop design.
• Maintain records of attendance, progress and outcomes.
• Promote safeguarding and welfare of all learners.
• Support marketing with case studies for newsletters and social media.
