Job summary

Skillframe Ltd is seeking an Employability Skills Tutor to deliver engaging, interactive workshops in Surrey schools for students aged 11–16. The role focuses on building confidence, employability and transferable skills through varied activities and challenges.

You would plan sessions, adapt to different learning styles and collaborate with volunteers and staff to expand activities while maintaining safeguarding standards. Term-time hours with some after-hours work may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people in educational or youth settings.
• Creative and experienced in designing and delivering workshops.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging workshops and challenges to develop employability and transferable skills.
• Coordinate with schools and volunteers, manage bookings and logistics.
• Prepare materials and adapt resources for different learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain attendance, progress and outcomes records.
• Support safeguarding and welfare of learners in line with policies.
• Contribute to marketing and communications with case studies and social media.
