Job summary

Tearfund is seeking a Youth & Emerging Generations Specialist for England. The role focuses on inspiring and mobilising young people (11-23) to respond to poverty through giving, advocacy, prayer and lifestyle change.

You will be the face of Tearfund at events, conferences, gatherings and churches across England, building strong relationships with youth groups and organisations, while delivering clear invitations to engage and respond.

Qualifications

• Committed Christian and alignment with Tearfund beliefs.
• Experience presenting to youth and young adults; ability to invite responses.
• Networking with youth groups and organisations.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and mobilise youth (11-23) to respond to poverty through giving, advocacy, prayer and lifestyle change.
• Speak to youth audiences at events, conferences, gatherings and churches in England.
• Build and manage relationships with youth and young adult groups and organisations.
• Deliver and report on targets; plan and manage multiple projects and events.
