Job summary

Watford FC Community Sports and Education Trust is seeking casual staff to deliver high-quality education, wellbeing, and physical activity sessions for small groups of young people aged 11-16 across local schools and SEND settings.

We offer full training, ongoing CPD, and a friendly team. Hours are flexible across the school week with travel between sites in Three Rivers, Watford, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and/or young people.
• Experience of working in schools or youth settings.
• Positive attitude and innovative personality.
• Good maths and literacy skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality education, wellbeing and physical activity sessions to small groups of young people aged 11-16 weekly.
• Be confident in dealing with challenging behaviour and report safeguarding disclosures.
• Deliver engaging sessions that yield positive outcomes for young people.
• Build rapport with young people and be a trusted adult.
• Be a good team player and collaborate with colleagues.
• Undertake enhanced DBS check and safeguarding training.
