Job summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Eating Disorder Therapist to join the Community Eating Disorders Service for Children & Young People. Qualifications

• Postgraduate Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychology or equivalent eligibility leading to Chartered status.
• May hold further qualification in psychology and be pursuing equivalence requirements.
• Post-qualification training in a relevant field of psychology.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specialist eating disorder assessments for children and young people.
• Deliver NICE concordant and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide care within community, clinic and home settings with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate a substantial caseload and monitor clinical risk for families and carers.
