Job summary

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Systemic Family Therapist to join the All Age Eating Disorders Service within the Children’s Team. The post is full-time with strong support and training in managing eating disorders, including assessments, care planning and delivering evidence-based interventions for patients and their families.

The role involves one-to-one and group sessions, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and some home working, with hours Monday to Friday,

Responsibilities

• Assessing children and families referred to Berkshire Eating Disorders Service
• Creating care plans for patients
• Delivering specialist systemic interventions
• Undertaking and reviewing risk assessments
• Providing specialist advice to and liaising with other professionals
• Maintaining up-to-date clinical records
