Job summary

Qualifications

• Good functional English, Maths and IT skills
• Enhanced DBS check required
• Availability includes Monday afternoon, Tuesday evening and Saturday morning, plus additional times per calendar

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with administrative and practical support
• Support enrichment activities, trips and events
• Provide direct support in educational settings under supervision
• Offer advice, guidance and mentoring to young people
• Manage ICT systems to record data or create reports
• Handle customer enquiries (internal and external) empathetically
• Take notes, follow up actions and track enquiries
• Answer telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries
• Support delivery of processes and systems within the team
• Plan and organise workload and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate excellent customer service following organisational procedures
• Comply with safeguarding and confidentiality policies
