Job summary

Northamptonshire Association of Youth Clubs seeks a proactive Youth Development Co-ordinator to support youth work across Northamptonshire. You will build relationships with young people, volunteers and local partners, delivering engaging activities and reporting on outcomes.

• Experience delivering youth activities and reports.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and working with volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Visit affiliated youth groups and clubs to support leaders and promote activities.
• Lead youth club evenings/sessions and work directly with young people and youth leaders.
• Prepare group visit reports, QA and maintain records and statistics.
• Develop partnerships with local authority youth services and other stakeholders.
• Support local and county events and promote NAYC services.
