Job summary

Fleetwood Town Football Club is seeking a part-time Academy coach to work at Poolfoot Farm Training Complex. You will plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate coaching, develop players within a Category2 Academy, and support multidisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality player development.

Applicants should hold UEFA B Licence, be working towards UEFA A Licence, and demonstrate experience coaching in an academy with strong commitment to safeguarding and player welfare.

Qualifications

• Essential coaching qualifications including UEFA B Licence and commitment to pursuing UEFA A Licence.
• Experience coaching within an Academy environment and in Youth Development Phase.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Academy fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate age-appropriate coaching sessions aligned to the Academy curriculum.
• Develop and review ILPs for players and support weekly/12-week reviews.
• Provide feedback, monitor progression and ensure player welfare in a multidisciplinary setting.
