Locations: Elgin and Area, Stratford and Area (17.5-20 hours), Bruce Grey and Area (17.5-20 hours)

Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or Community College diploma in Business, Social Services, Human Services, Education, or a relevant field, with at least three years of related experience.
  • Flexibility to work hours accommodating clients’ needs, including potential overtime.
  • Availability for after-school hours and weekends.
  • Skills in individual planning, workshop facilitation, module development, training, and experiential sessions.
  • Understanding of funding legislation, rules, procedures, and contractual targets.
  • Ability to collect and report data for tracking and assessment.
  • Utilize internal services and be aware of external community services to support clients.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; vehicle required.
  • Ability to provide in-person and virtual services; willingness to be redeployed outside the designated area if necessary.
  • Bilingual abilities (French or other languages) and First Aid/CPR certification are assets.
  • Current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada with verification.
  • Proof of two COVID-19 vaccine doses or valid exemption documentation.
