Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Lead Nurse for Teenage and Young Adult Cancer to join the regional TY A cancer service in Leeds. You will work within a dedicated multidisciplinary team and access specialist education, networking opportunities and peer support through Teenage Cancer Trust.

You will collaborate with diverse professionals across both children's and adult cancer services, contributing to service development and improving experiences for young people and families,

Formación

• Experience of working with young people in healthcare, community, education, youth work or related settings.
• Understands the impact of serious illness on adolescent development.
• Skilled at building meaningful relationships with diverse youths.
• Able to support individuals facing complex emotions and challenges.
• Proactive, compassionate and committed to improving young people's cancer care.
• Excellent communication with multidisciplinary teams.
