Job description

We are looking for an experienced Children's and Youth Pastor to lead our fantastic teams in discipling and building community amongst our under 18's. This role could be one full-time role or two part-time roles, depending on candidates and their skills.

We particularly want someone who can do the important work of recruiting, envisioning, and training alongside some serving in the ministries themselves. We believe the role is suited to an experienced pastor/s who is keen to share their wisdom and multiply their impact. The role could also incorporate experience in broader aspects of leadership across the life of the church.

St Paul's is a medium-sized Anglican Church. We are firmly charismatic, Biblically shaped, and want to have a generous orthodoxy. We see around 30 youth and 30 children across four groups on a Sunday morning, and we are excited that God has been blessing and stretching us with increasing numbers of 'looked after' children.
