About Us
Marsh Farm Futures (MFF) is an independent charity and a company limited by guarantee based in Marsh Farm, North Luton, Bedfordshire. It is run and managed by a voluntary board of trustees to improve the well-being and quality of life for those who live and work in area. MFF is based in a modern BREEAM very good building of 65,000 sf in the heart of the community with an indoor playpark, café, community halls, a police station and offices for small and medium enterprises. Our Objectives include providing support support for young people and fostering the development of a healthy and safe community in North Luton.
About The Job
As the Youth & Community Officer, you will lead, deliver, and develop high-quality, inclusive services for our Youth & Community programme. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and overseeing a range of programmes with a strong focus on community cohesion. You will also play an important role in developing local partnerships and ensuring services are responsive, inclusive, and impactful.
