Job summary

Fulham FC Academy Performance Department is seeking an Academy Performance Scientist to deliver and support physical performance across the YDP, focusing on the Foundation Phase, working with the MDT to develop players using evidence-based sport science and strength and conditioning practices.

The role also contributes to the department's data strategy, enabling data collection, analysis and visualisation to inform practice and decision-making, with duties including dashboards, data reporting

Qualifications

• BSc in Sports and Exercise Science or related field.
• MSc in a related subject area.
• BASES Accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support physical performance provision across the YDP with a focus on FP.
• Collaborate with MDT staff to support physical development and ILPs.
• Contribute to data strategy, collecting, analysing and visualising data to inform practice.
• Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools for accessible performance information.
• Support growth, maturation data interpretation and return-to-performance planning.
• Maintain safeguarding and confidentiality in all activities.
