The Digital Marketing & e-business Center of Excellence team is looking for a proactive team player to join the Pay-per-Click (PPC) team. As a key player in the PPC team, the candidate is responsible for developing and implementing paid campaigns across various digital channels. He / She will work closely with cross-functional teams to govern, monitor, analyze, and improve the effectiveness of campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize high-performing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Bing, etc., focusing on lead generation or brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Business Partners team to translate campaign briefs and budgets into actionable PPC strategies, ensuring seamless execution aligned with business objectives.
- Enhance ROI of digital activities by optimizing keywords, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Utilize data, research, and insights for planning targeted campaigns.
- Analyze performance data using tools like Adobe Analytics and custom dashboards to refine strategies and improve content delivery.
- Oversee budget reporting and assess campaign success through key metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with DM & eBiz CoE subteams and Creative & Publishing Hub to maintain quality and consistency in digital marketing efforts.
- Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
Minimum qualifications:
- University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing managing PPC campaigns.
- Preferred certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or relevant PPC certifications.
- Proven experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and Social Media marketing, with expertise in campaign planning, segmentation, keyword strategies, and bidding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and insights.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and capable of owning projects end-to-end.
