About Us

Changing Lives is a nationwide charity helping people facing challenging circumstances to make positive change - for good. We believe that everyone deserves a safe home, a rewarding job, and a life free from addiction or abuse. We support thousands of people each year across the country, including those experiencing homelessness, addiction, unemployment, criminal justice involvement, sexual exploitation, and domestic abuse. We focus on their strengths and potential to help them overcome challenges and live successful, independent lives.

Our charity is powered by over 600 passionate colleagues in a diverse and inclusive environment. Many of our team members have lived experience of the challenges faced by those we support. We seek committed and compassionate professionals who share our enthusiasm for changing lives.

About The Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

We support people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, providing specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. We believe a safe home is more than just shelter; it should be a welcoming environment that fosters comfort and development. You can make a difference by supporting individuals on their journey toward a brighter future. At Changing Lives, we offer a home, not just a shelter.

About The Job

To support the development and delivery of dispersed accommodation for young people aged 16-25 experiencing homelessness with additional unmet needs. To work with clients to improve their quality of life and deliver excellent service in line with our mission, values, regulations, and legislation.

This role requires flexible working across dispersed services in Middlesbrough.
