A social housing provider in Northam seeks a dedicated Team Leader to oversee support for young people in housing services. You will supervise a team, allocate cases, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate has experience with diverse young populations and a strong understanding of safeguarding practices. This is a full-time role with flexible hours.

LiveWest is looking for a dedicated Team Leader to support our Supported Housing Young People services. In this role, you’ll help shape a safe, empowering, and person-led environment that nurtures independence and growth for young people facing challenges.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week and may include bank holidays. Bandwidth hours will be 8 am to 10 pm. You will predominantly work on scheme, Monday to Friday with a flexible approach to hours as team members will work shifts.
