We're recruiting for a Young Person's Support Workers in Hayes. The service is focussed on helping each individual achieve their goals, improve their skills and grow their confidence. Our client is committed to helping every person they support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

Responsibilities
  • The duties of a Young Person's Support Worker include assisting with daily activities, helping with those with challenging behaviours, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.

Requirements
  • Be over the age of 18 to apply
