An organization supporting young people's health is seeking a Practitioner to join the Young Person’s Service in Newbury. This role involves delivering drug and alcohol services, managing assessments, and working with multi-disciplinary teams. A driving license is advantageous due to some travel requirements. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Practitioner to work within the Young Person’s Service, Via: The Edge in West Berkshire. The post is predominantly based in Newbury, but some travel across the County will be required.
You will:
Merchant House, 14-20 Oxford Road; Newbury; RG14 1PA (Young Person’s Team office base).
1 Station Road, Newbury, RG14 7LP (overarching Via West Berkshire office base)
Please note: the role will involve some peripatetic working including satellites and outreach, due to this aspect it would be advantageous to have a driving licence.
