We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and dignity – and that’s why equity is one of our core values. We draw on the expertise, unique perspectives and lived experience of our people – regardless of who they are or their background – to help us become inclusive and anti-racist employer, campaigning organisation and service provider that reflect the diverse communities we support as a mental health charity.

Our Young Peoples Programmes – Bloom, Your Resilience and Me & Money - focus on mental health prevention by delivering upstream resilience building programmes to young people across the UK.

Delivered through workshops in mainstream education and community-based settings, we focus on engaging and supporting young people from diverse and underserved communities.

Building on our existing programmes, we have been through an extensive needs assessment and co-production phase which has provided us with the foundation to design evidence-based and culturally appropriate programmes.

This role will oversee the successful implementation of our strategic plans to bring these programmes to young people in areas of greatest need across England.

  • Focus on emerging areas of needs in the young people’s mental health landscape and keep abreast of trends
  • Communicate with funders and other stakeholders about the impact of the programme
