A leading provider in outreach support is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to assist young people in developing independence skills. This long-term temporary position requires experience in supporting young people, flexibility in hours, and relevant qualifications. Young People Leaving Care Outreach Support Worker.
Outreach hours are between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
This is a long-term temporary position, with no fixed end date. If you are subscribed to the update service and have a short notice period, a quick start is possible through a temp-to-permanent placement.
Positions covering Sheffield, Leeds, and Hull.

Full UK Driving License with Business Insurance is essential.
