Overview
BDS are currently looking for a number of Young Adult Housing Workers to support vulnerable young adults, based in Boston.
Responsibilities
- To provide housing related support to young individuals with the aim of achieving a successful move-on and sole independence.
- Plan effective Support and Safety Plans for each service user.
- Updating Resident Record Database.
- Identify, report and manage all incidents of anti social behavior by any service user and record appropriately.
- Allocated properties are to be visited weekly to ensure that repairs are reported and followed up, and the properties are kept at the required standards.
- Develop effective move-on plan with service users.
- Maximize Rental Income where possible.
Requirements / Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have previous housing experience, including working with vulnerable adults as well as dealing with tenancy related issues.
- You will be required to have an enhanced DBS Certificate dated in the previous 12 months or on the updates service.
- Full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
- 40 working hours, 35 hrs paid, 5 hours lunch unpaid.

- Pay: £14.77 PAYE or £19.50 Umbrella
