Job Description:

We're excited to collaborate with a Local Authority in the Hither Green area seeking several YOS Officers to work within their Youth Justice Service.

Offering a 3-6 month agency contract initially, then will recruit to perm.

This full-time position (35 hours) is based in SE6.

The competitive rate of pay is £21+ per hour, negotiable based on experience.

About the Role:
  • Lead interactions with the Youth Offending Service, managing caseloads for young people.
  • Provide database training, conduct data maintenance, and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Generate monthly data analysis and performance reports for the Participation Manager and Service Manager.
  • Conduct one-to-one IAG sessions and needs assessments for young people aged 16-18.
  • Support clients in areas like housing, finance, health, education, employment, and personal development.
  • Perform Careers Pathway interviews and generate outcome reports for Year 11 admissions.
  • Establish connections with local training providers, employers, and Job Centre Plus.

  • Youth Justice Support.
  • Local Authority / Public Sector.
