The porter is responsible for performing general and detail cleaning, shuttling, fueling, topping off fluids, preventative maintenance of vehicles and facilities in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and other Authority procedures.
Location: 415 N. Zarfoss Dr. York PA
Pay: $21.50/hour *WEEKLY* pay.

Requirements:
Schedule: This full time position will likely get one of following shifts listed below (not a shift choice and is subject to change based on bid system). Position is subject to seniority bid system and training schedule may differ, so MUST have open availability for ANY shift during the dept operating hours which are: Sunday 6 AM - Saturday 12:30 AM and Saturday 6 AM - Saturday 11:59 PM.
Expect new hire to get either of the following shifts (NOT A CHOICE, it is ASSIGNED by seniority) so MUST have ability to work either AND any of our operating hours listed above.
Sun 12 noon - 8:30 pm & Mon - Thurs 4 PM - 12:30 AM (just after midnight)
Sat 3:30 PM - 12 midnight & Tues - Fri 4 PM - 12:30 AM (just after midnight)

The position is critical in assisting rabbittransit in meeting our mission of mobility. The impact of public transportation runs much deeper than a trip from point A to point B. This position is responsible for performing general servicing of vehicles and facilities, preventative maintenance, general and detail cleaning, shuttling, and fueling vehicles in accordance with the Maintenance Plan and other Authority procedures.
Key/Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager. This position receives training, performs duties under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager and works within general guidelines.
