SR Plumbing NW LTD is looking for a Boiler Breakdown Engineer to handle domestic heating jobs across York and North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing boiler issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and methodical work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in domestic boiler work, Gas Safe registration, and a full UK driving licence. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of £40,000, a company van, and a focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years working on domestic boiler breakdown and repair jobs.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Practical understanding of heating controls, radiators, pipework, and common system faults.

Responsibilities

• Visit domestic customers for boiler breakdowns and heating issues.
• Trace faults across heating systems and complete repairs safely.
• Record job notes for office team.
• Support servicing and landlord gas safety appointments.
