Job Scale: Gradd 4 / Grade 4

Job Hours: 18.5 Awr / 18.5 Hours

Location: Tm 16+ oed, Y Ganolfan Ddinesig / 16+ Team, Civic Centre

Grade: Grade 4 SCP 13-17 = £28,163 - £30,060 per annum pro rata

Part-time Salary: 18.5 Hours = 50% = £14,081 - £15,030 per annum

Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake the role of personal advisor, working with social workers and colleagues to benefit young people.
  2. Provide support to young people aged 16+ requiring advice, support, and assistance in preparing for independence and leaving care.
  3. Ensure young people have suitable accommodation, are engaged in work, training, or education, and are socially connected.
