We are now looking to appoint a Year Manager. The post holder will be expected to challenge and support students in order to improve motivation, attendance, engagement and character for learning. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in effectively managing student engagement and has successful experience of working with the full range of students including the most vulnerable. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to positively influence students and confidently liaise with colleagues, parent/carers and a range of partner organisations.
