Job Overview

New Horizons Primary School is seeking to appoint a vibrant and nurturing Year Leader to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be an experienced educator with a proven track record of leadership and innovation to lead a specific year group. As the Year Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping academic and pastoral success, working closely with staff, pupils and parents to ensure that every child achieves their potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled teacher and emerging leader who is looking to take the next step in their professional journey or for an established Year Lead ready for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support and inspire a team of teachers and teaching assistants within the year group.
