Start date in summer 2026, full time, fixed term for 12 months. A hybrid working model is supported, including onsite in the Swindon office and working from home.

About the role

• Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
  • how we develop the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) concepts for our future wind farms
  • how tools and processes are used in the project management of infrastructure projects
  • infrastructure construction projects by attending active construction sites, while being supported by other members of the Team
• Assist the team e.g. with:
  • running your own project, focused around the design and delivery of an O&M Infrastructure construction project
  • developing strategy which will be used to deliver the infrastructure at future RWE wind farms around the world

Job requirements and experience

• You’re an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering and Management
• Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement
• You have very good verbal and written communication skills
• You’re able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines
• Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with
• You’re open to travel to other sites if needed. Travel expenses will be covered by us

Advantageous, but not essential

• Have studied modules or have experience in the following: Infrastructure projects, Construction management, Project management, Infrastructure design/architecture, site-based work
