Aufgaben

• Support Heads of Year in the pastoral welfare of students.
• Guide students to manage relationships with peers face-to-face and online.
• Assist with anti-bullying policy implementation and parental liaison.
• Counsel and support individuals and groups of students as needed.
• Monitor attendance, behaviour and contribute to rewards/sanctions.
• Collaborate with Student Support Team and leadership to develop pastoral systems.
