Job summary

Envision Education is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in Richmond. You will provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support, working closely with teachers to enhance pupils' learning and development.

The role requires prior experience in education, a DBS (enhanced) or willingness to obtain one, and the ability to commute to Richmond or live nearby. Pay ranges from £80 to £100 per day (PAYE) depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a school or supporting children.
• Experience working with children, with a reference to support it.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
• The ability to commute to Richmond or live locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
• Observe and monitor pupils' progress and share feedback with teachers.
• Encourage pupils in their learning and support them in completing classroom activities.
