Protocol Education is working with a thriving two-form entry primary school in Enfield to appoint a focused and reliable Year 6 Teaching Assistant. This full-time, term-time position begins in September 2025, offering the opportunity to support learners during their final and most formative year of primary education.

Hours: Full-time, term time
Pay: £85–£100 per day (based on experience)
The Role:
As a Year 6 TA, you’ll be a steady presence during what can be a high-pressure year. From SATs preparation to growing independence and secondary school transition, this role is about much more than academic support—it’s about encouraging resilience, confidence, and emotional readiness too.
You’ll work alongside an experienced teacher and benefit from collaborative year group planning within a two-form entry structure—ensuring consistency, shared resources, and peer support.
