Job summary

Academics is seeking experienced Year 6 teachers to join our team to work in client primary schools around Bursledon during the summer term. Roles include daily supply, longer-term contracts, or permanent positions, with support from an education consultant to match your availability and career goals.

You will deliver engaging lessons, maintain high teaching standards, and help schools meet short- and long-term staffing needs.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Recent experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Positive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply).

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons across Year 6 in primary settings.
• Support local schools with short- and long-term staffing needs.
• Work across a range of primary schools in and around Bursledon, providing reliable cover or permanent placements.
