Responsibilities of a Year 6 Teacher:

• Responsible for the pastoral care of children, promoting teamwork, and cultivating a conducive learning environment.
• Teaching the curriculum to groups of children, focusing on individual learning targets, encouraging strengths, and improving weaknesses.
• Developing maths ability and introducing fractions, statistics, and geometry.
